Regulated money services described on this website are provided by Setl Hong Kong Limited only, and only once its Money Service Operator licence has been granted.

Setl Limited is a technology company incorporated in Hong Kong. It owns the Setl brand and the Setl platform, and it does not provide financial services. It is not a bank and not a licensed financial institution. It holds no money service licence and has not applied for one.

Setl Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Setl Limited, has applied to the Customs and Excise Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government for a Money Service Operator licence. The application is under review, and the licence number will be displayed on this website once the licence is granted. The company is not currently licensed as a Money Service Operator.

Any statement on this website that is inconsistent with the above should be read as subject to it.
