This website is published for general information about the Setl group of companies and the services those companies intend to offer once they are licensed to do so. It is not a platform through which any service is provided, requested, applied for or transacted.

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or use any product or service, to enter into any transaction, or to engage in any regulated activity. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publishing or making it available would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Services described on this website are intended future offerings. They are not available today, and they will not be offered in any jurisdiction before the licence or authorisation that jurisdiction requires has been obtained by the relevant Setl operating company.

Setl Limited is a holding company incorporated in Hong Kong. It holds no money service licence, has not applied for one, and carries on no regulated activity.

Setl Hong Kong Limited has applied to the Customs and Excise Department for a Money Service Operator licence. That application is in progress. The company is not currently licensed as a Money Service Operator.

Setl U.S. Limited is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network as a Money Services Business. That federal registration does not by itself authorise money transmission in any state. The company holds no state money transmitter licences.

Any statement on this website that is inconsistent with the above should be read as subject to it.
